MTC Metals Trading Company D.O.O. it was established as a trading company in 2017, bringing together years of experience in the metal trade, both on the domestic and international markets. The company’s activities included the supply of raw materials to factories in Serbia, Western Europe, and the Far East.
In 2019, MTC opened a new business division and started supplying aluminum semi-finished products in the form of aluminum profiles to Ritter Energie und Umwelttechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Elka-Tenturatibe GmbH, Geze D.O.O., and others

The factory’s annual production capacity is up to 3,000 t of extruded profiles, 2400t anodized profiles i do 960t powder-coated profiles. MTC NISSAL strives to manufacture quality products in the most modern and professional way, supporting its clients while caring for environmental protection and a high level of social responsibility.
Our story
As a logical step in business expansion, MTC expanded its operations by purchasing and launching the production of aluminum profiles and their processing in manufacturing processes:
- The year 2020. The extrusion plant is acquired – a 1500t press for aluminum profile extrusion, POZ, and the machining plant where profile prefabrication is carried out.
- The year 2022. – The company acquires the complete production capacities of NISSAL, thereby adding to its operations a foundry and a drawing mill that produces bars in various alloys, made to order.
- 2023. Year - The company adopts the name NISSAL and continues its operations under the name MTC NISSALIt guarantees the fulfillment of all client requirements by delivering products of the highest quality.

1955
A state-owned enterprise is established under the name "MORAVKA" – Company for the Production and Processing of Non-Ferrous Metals.
1958
The company changes its name to "ĐURO SALAJ" – Company for the Production and Processing of Non-Ferrous Metals. With this change, the company honors the memory of the late revolutionary and fighter for workers' rights

The company adopts a new brand name, "NISSAL."
2003
The company "NISSAL" transitions to private ownership through the privatization process.
2008
The company "NISSAL" undertakes the reconstruction of its facilities and expands production with the acquisition of a new 3000 MT press
2013
The company "NISSAL" acquires a business partner, the commercial company "Newmet International AG" from Switzerland.
2017
Establishment of MTC.
2020
MTC takes over profile production, surface protection, and profile machining from "NISSAL."
2022
MTC has expanded its production by acquiring rod manufacturing on the 3000 MT press and the foundry from NISSAL. The company employs 293 workers.
2023
As of September 1, 2023, the company operates under the name MTC NISSAL. It employs 269 workers
